Step 2: Volunteer Application

Thank You for considering International Volunteer work with Right To Play!

PLEASE READ THIS PAGE BEFORE CONTINTUING TO THE ON-LINE APPLICATION:

  • For the next recruitment intake phase applications will be accepted starting March 1, 2007.
  • Your application will be considered for Right To Play International Volunteer Training in June 2007 and field placements with start dates between July through December of 2007.
  • Applicants are required to apply to specific positions which can be found on the Right To Play Opportunities webpage.
  • All candidates must be available for a mandatory 10 day training in June 2007 in Toronto, Canada. 
  • Positions will be filled on an on-going basis as suitable candidates are identified.
  • We are currently recruiting volunteers to work in 2 regions: West and Francophone Africa, and Asia. Please note that we do not recruit International Volunteers for the Middle East.
  • All posts are unaccompanied. 

The Application Process:

Please read all International Volunteer position descriptions on the volunteering page of the Right To Play website. Please assess your skills in relation to the positions available and then proceed in prepararing your application package which includes:

  • A letter of movtivation
  • Completed online application
  • Resume or curriculum vitae

Please note that incomplete application packages will not be considered.

There are different sections to the application that can be completed over a period of time. Instructions on completing the application are part of the online form. Within the application are also specific guidelines for the letter of motivation.

Please note that positions will be filled as suitable candidates are found.

Applications submitted prior to March 31, 2007 will be given priority.
