Kasase Kabwe is an HR Executive with over 20 years of experience in the Finance and Tech industry. He is currently the Head of Executive Research & Talent Engagement programs at Google, where he is responsible for identifying and engaging senior executive talent globally to meet the strategic goals of Google in EMEA. He has previously worked at JPMorgan, Barclays Bank and the London Stock Exchange Group advising senior executives on their global sourcing strategies covering the Americas, Europe, MENA, APAC and Sub-Saharan Africa. He is a champion for diversity and inclusion and an advocate for underrepresented groups at all levels in the industry.
