Perihan is an experienced advisor in the charity sector. She has worked with medical institutions and non-profits to improve women's and children's health, advocating for their wellbeing. Her passion to defend human rights has led her to numerous travels in the Middle East. In 2017 she visited refugee camps in Lebanon, where she met Palestinian and Syrian families and got a deeper understanding of the violations they experience. In 2021 she assumed the chairmanship with the goal of furthering the impact Right To Play has on the lives of children and is leading the team towards the 2030 goals stablished for the organisation.
